Yusuf Abdulazeez scores again in Norrby 3-1 win over Orebro SK in Swedish League




Nigerian forward Yusuf Abdulazeez has continued his impressive performance with Norrby IF as he netted the opener in their 3-1 win over Orebro SK on monday night in the Swedish Superettan league


The goal poacher who has now scored six goals in the ongoing season inspired a comfortable home win for his side as he opened the score in the 21st minutes.

The former Gombe United Striker had earlier scored a goal on July 26 and bagged an assist in their 2-2 draw against Östersunds FK after he had notched a brace in their 3-1 win over GIF Sundsvall earlier on July 20th.


"I am happy to have scored the goals. It means a lot to me and the team. My target is to continue to score many goals and help the team" he said after the game.

Azeez joined Swedish side Mjallby in 2022 from Gombe United after scoring a record goal of 16 for the club in their NPFL campaign. He would later had different loan spells with Skovde AIK, Varberg and Norrby. He would finally join Norrby from Mjallby in January this year where he has now estbalished himself as top player
