Babatunde Bright Begins Black Bulls Career With Winning Start in Mozambique

New Black Bulls signing Babatunde Bright got his Moçambola career off to a winning start, featuring as his side defeated AD Pemba 2-0 on home soil.
The former Kwara United talisman said adapting to life in Mozambique has been smooth, crediting God for the guidance.
“The Moçambola League is not easy, but God Almighty has been faithful,” Bright disclosed. “He gave me the wisdom and knowledge to adapt to the system of play in my new team.”
Speaking on the differences between the Moçambola and the NPFL, Bright said the intensity remains the same.
“It’s still the same energy playing in the Nigeria League,” he said. “Maybe just the weather and the supporters of my new team. They have been wonderful from the day I arrived in the country.”
The forward revealed his targets for the season are clear: win silverware and fire Black Bulls to the top.
“My main target is to win my first league title of my career,” Bright enthused. “I want to win the league for my team and score goals. If possible, I want to become the top scorer for Black Bulls.”

Also speaking, FIFA-licensed agent Idowu Ismail Oluwabiyi, who facilitated the deal, is optimistic about the striker’s impact.
“Babatunde has the potential to be the best and win the top scorer award for Black Bulls,”Idowu said.
“He demonstrated it at Kwara United, scoring 6 goals with many assists to his name.”
Black Bulls currently lead the Moçambola League with 20 points from 10 games played in the ongoing season.
