Kwara United appoints Ladi Ojokojo as Assistant Coach

Kwara United Football Club has appointed respected grassroots tactician Coach Ladi Ojokojo as its new Assistant Coach ahead of the 2026/27 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season.

The appointment was announced by the club's Chairman, Mr. Kumbi Titiloye, as part of a strategic restructuring of the technical crew aimed at strengthening the Harmony Boys for the new campaign.

Ojokojo joins Kwara United with an impressive coaching pedigree, having established himself as one of the most successful grassroots coaches in the state. He is widely celebrated for his remarkable work with Kwara Football Academy, where he has consistently nurtured young talents and produced players who have progressed to professional football.

Among his most notable achievements is leading Kwara Football Academy to two National Ramat Cup titles, a feat that underscores his tactical ability, player development expertise and winning mentality. His coaching career has also been marked by several other successes in youth football competitions, earning him respect within football circles across Nigeria.

The experienced tactician is expected to bring his wealth of knowledge, technical expertise and passion for youth development to the Kwara United technical bench as the club prepares for a demanding NPFL season.

Chairman of the club, Mr. Kumbi Titiloye, expressed confidence that the new appointments will enhance the team's competitiveness and help the club achieve its objectives in the 2026/27 campaign.

Coach Ojokojo's appointment takes immediate effect as Kwara United continue intensive preparations for the new Nigeria Premier Football League season.
