Kwara Professionals Battle Offa Selected to 2-2 Draw Ahead of Novelty Match, Lauds Sports Commission Chairman For Support

The Kwara State Professional Footballers (KSPF) on Saturday played a 2-2 draw with Offa Selected in a friendly match held at Federal Polytechnic Offa football pitch.

The match served as preparatory ahead of the Tuesday's novelty match between the home-based and foreign-based kwara-born professional footballers scheduled for 4pm at Rashidi Yekini Mainbowl.

Following the friendly match, the kwara professionals have now expressed profound appreciation to the Executive Chairman of the Kwara State Sports Commission, Coach Bola Mogaji,  for providing transportation for the team to and from Offa.

The KSPF also extended its gratitude to players, officials, supporters, partners, and well-wishers whose contributions ensured the success of the friendly encounter. 

According to the association, the collective efforts and unwavering support of all stakeholders reflect the unity, passion, and dedication driving football development in Kwara State. 

The association reaffirmed its commitment to advancing the game and fostering stronger collaboration among football stakeholders in the state.
