Kwara Kiddies League Club Proprietors Hails Taiwo Awoniyi's Commitment to Grassroots Football Development




The Chairman of Club Proprietors in the Kwara Kiddies League, Barrister Abdulmumeen Busari, has described Nigerian international footballer and Nottingham Forest Striker, Taiwo Awoniyi, as a tremendous blessing to sports development in Kwara State, citing his unwavering support for grassroots football and young talents.

Busari, in a statement made available through the Secretary of the club proprietors, Coach Oniye Mohammed Olatunji, expressed profound appreciation to the Super Eagles striker for his consistent contributions toward the growth of youth football in the state.

According to him, Awoniyi who is also the Chairman of the Kwara Kiddies League has remained a source of inspiration and motivation to aspiring footballers, providing vital support that has positively impacted players, club proprietors, and the overall structure of the Kwara Kiddies League.

The chairman further acknowledged the significant financial assistance and numerous benefits extended by the Nottingham Forest forward, noting that his generosity has played a crucial role in strengthening the league and creating better opportunities for young footballers to develop their talents.

Busari also commended Awoniyi's leadership qualities, wisdom, and commitment to nurturing the next generation of football stars, describing his contributions as instrumental in taking the Kwara Kiddies League to greater heights.

He added that all participating clubs, alongside past members of the league, remain deeply grateful for the footballer's benevolence and continued support, which have positively influenced the growth and sustainability of grassroots football in Kwara State.

The club proprietors concluded by offering prayers for Awoniyi, asking God to bless him abundantly and grant him success in all his endeavours as he continues to impact lives through his generosity and dedication to sports development.
