Breaking: Dr. Abubakar Kuso appointed Chairman of Niger Tornadoes 

Niger State Governor, farmer Mohammed Umaru Bago has appointed Dr. Abubakar Abdullahi Kuso, Dan wadatan Nupe as the Chairman, Niger Tornadoes management committee.

The farmer governor in a statement through his Chief Press Secretary Bologi Ibrahim indicates that the appointment is with immediate effect.

Farmer Umaru Bago expressed confidence in the ability of Dr. Kuso to turn things around in Niger Tornadoes camp through competent proactive measures.

The farmer governor while congratulating Dr. Kuso on the appointment remains optimistic that he will use his wealth of experience in taking Niger Tornadoes back to the glory days.

He urged the management team to rally round the new Chairman and work together for the progress and success of Niger Tornadoes Football team.

Dr. Abubakar Abdullahi Kuso takes over from Engr Ibrahim Dada who resigned to vie for seat of Bosso/Paikoro Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives.

Dr. Kuso, the Dan wadatan Nupe is also the Executive Director of Planning and Design at the Upper Niger River Basin Development Authority overseeing the planning and design of development projects across Niger, Kaduna, and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). He is also the founder of Pape Football Academy in Niger State.
