All is set for the grand finale of the 3rd edition of the Chris Olatunji Charity Cup, scheduled to take place on Sunday, November 9, 2025, at the Kwara Football Academy Golden Pitch, inside the George Agbazika Innih Stadium, Ilorin.

The event, which kicks off at 3 p.m., will feature an exciting clash between Injector Football Club and Kzeez Football Academy, as both teams vie for the prestigious title in what promises to be an electrifying encounter.

The Deputy Governor of Kwara State, Mr. Kayode Alabi, will grace the occasion as the Special Guest of Honour, alongside other notable dignitaries from the state’s sports circles.

Spectators at the venue will not only enjoy top-quality football action but will also have opportunities to win raffle draw prizes, cash gifts, jerseys, bags of rice, and other exciting items.

The tournament, organized to discover young talents and promote grassroots football, has continued to grow in prestige and participation across the state.

Speaking ahead of the final, the brain behind the tournament, Coach Bashir Abolarinwa, commended the sponsor, Dr. Chris Olatunji, for his unwavering commitment and support towards the development of football at the grassroots level.

He also lauded all the participating teams for their discipline and sportsmanship, noting that the competition has helped foster unity and togetherness among grassroots football clubs in Ilorin and across Kwara State.
