Harmony City FA 1 – 2 Gaa Akanbi FC

The opening match saw Gaa Akanbi FC take an early lead and dictate much of the play against Harmony City FA. Despite Harmony City pulling one back in the second half and applying sustained pressure, Gaa Akanbi remained composed and resilient, holding on to their advantage until the final whistle. The contest was a hard-fought battle, with both sides demonstrating tactical discipline and commitment.

Dolly P SA 0 – 1 KA’AH FC

In the day’s second match, KA’AH FC secured a narrow victory over Dolly P SA, courtesy of Sodiq Ahmed’s first-half goal. Dolly P SA fought valiantly, pushing to equalize throughout the match, but KA’AH FC’s defense stood firm. The close encounter highlighted the competitive nature of the playoffs, with both teams displaying moments of quality and determination.

Recall that Coach Aliyu Zubairu, the Technical Adviser of Elkanemi Warriors of Maiduguri will lead the U20 team to the AFCON in Egypt.
