Coach Aliyu Zubairu returns to Elkanemi Warriors after national assignment with Flying Eagles 


Coach Aliyu Zubairu has rejoined the full training sessions alongside the remaining technical crew and players of the mighty El-kanemi Warriors FC. 

Fresh off his remarkable success leading the Nigeria Under-20 team to secure one of the four African slots for the FIFA U-20 World Cup in Chile and bringing home the bronze medal, Coach Aliyu’s presence has energized the entire squad today.

The atmosphere at the El-kanemi Warriors FC stadium today was electric, with all players out training and thousands of passionate fans showing their support for the super coach. Aliyu Zubairu’s return has intensified the boys’ efforts as they prepare for a critical match against Sunshine Stars Fc of Akure on Sunday.

He is expected to be on the technical area this Sunday for the final game of the season, which represents the last opportunity for El-kanemi Warriors FC to secure their place in the elite league next season.

The best Coach is back alongside the best goalkeeper Coach Usman Casillas,two of the El-kanemi Warriors Fc talented players, Suleiman Alabi JoJo and Baabba Maigari.

Recall that Coach Aliyu Zubairu, the Technical Adviser of Elkanemi Warriors of Maiduguri will lead the U20 team to the AFCON in Egypt.
