Super Falcons Star Folashade Ijamilusi nets first goal of the season in Chinese league 



Nigerian football sensation Folashade Ijamilusi made her mark in the Chinese Women's League, scoring her first goal of the season for Liaoning in their 2-0 victory over Zhejiang. 

Ijamilusi netted the second goal in the 47th minute for her team, following her assist for the opening goal.

"This goal is a milestone for me and my team," Ijamilusi said. "I'm thrilled to contribute to our success and hope to score more, helping us achieve our targets."

This impressive performance builds on her debut assist in March, where Liaoning thrashed Wuhan Jianghan 3-0.

Having topped the Nigeria Women's League scoring charts last season, Ijamilusi's talent is clearly translating to the Chinese league where she joined Liaoning Baiye on a two year deal.
