Springsoca United excited over Folashade Ijamilusi transfer to Chinese Super League 




The management, technical crew and players of Springosca United have expressed their delight over the move of one of their football talents and Nigeria's Super Falcons star, Folashade Ijamilusi to the Chinese women Super League.


Folashade who has a rich football credentials and profile recently teamed up with Liaoning Baiye FC from Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL) Premiership champions, Edo Queens.


An exceptional talent by all standards, Ijamilusi who helped Edo Queens win the league last season also ended the 2023/24 NWFL Premiership season as the league top goal scorer by scoring eight goals.


She also recently helped NWFL Premiership Champions, Edo Queens to West Africa Zone B (WAFU-B) Women’s Champions League title in Cote D’Ivoire in 2024.


Speaking on her move to China, the CEO of Springosca United,  Mr. Emmanuelking described the move as a delight and manifestation of Folashade's hardwork and commitment.

"We are truly happy that Folashade has now taken her career to a new level. As one of our products, she's our pride and we are proud of her.

The Springsoca boss also commended the team that broker the deal, and hopes that they will continue to create more opportunities for Nigerian talents.

"This development has further confirmed Springsoca United as one of the viable platform for players to grow and become a super stars" he said.

He however urged Ijamilusi to continue to put in the hardwork and remain a good ambassador of the club and Nigerian football generally

NPFL Transfer: Agbolade Oladayo Excited To Join Kwara United Young and promising striker, Agbolade Oladayo has signed a two year deal with Kwara United. Oladayo who last played for Osun United will wear the colours of the Harmony season in the upcoming NPFL season. The youngster was a regular player for Osun United last season, having been an integral part in the team’s impressive run. Recall the team narrowly missed out on clinching the NNL Super Eight ticket. Coach Abdullahi Biffo tipped for Golden Eaglets Job  The Technical Adviser of Gaa Akanbi FC, Ilorin, Coach Bashir Abolarinwa has backed former Kwara United Manager Abdullahi Biffo to get the Golden Eaglet Job. Coach Biffo has emerged one of the favourites to land the job having submitted applications to coach the Nigeria U-17 National team.
