Coach Taofeeq Babatunde Eyes Victory Against Kano PillarsU19 in N-Youth League Match


Abubakar Bukola Saraki Football Club (ABS Ilorin FC) U-19 team head coach, Babatunde Toafeeq, is confident that his team will bounce back to winning ways when they face Kano Pillars in their week five clash of the Nigeria National U-19 Youth League on Friday.


After a disappointing outing in their last two games, where they garnered only two points, Coach Toafeeq acknowledged the significance of securing a win against Kano Pillars. With five points from four games, ABS Ilorin FC U-19 team is eager to reclaim their momentum.

"We are fully prepared and focused on getting back to winning ways. The boys have worked hard in training, and I believe we have what it takes to overcome Kano Pillars," Coach Toafeeq stated.

"The last two games didn't go as planned, but we've learned from our mistakes. We'll approach this game with a positive mindset and determination to secure all three points. Our fans deserve a win, and we're committed to delivering that."

Coach Toafeeq's team will face a stiff challenge from Kano Pillars, but he remains optimistic about his team's chances.


"We respect Kano Pillars, but we won't be intimidated. Our players are hungry for victory, and I'm confident they'll rise to the occasion. We'll play with passion, discipline, and creativity to ensure we come out on top."

The match is scheduled for 3pm on Friday afternoon at the Kwara State Stadium Complex Ilorin, Kwara State.
