Kwara United players emotionally fit for NPFL campaign- Team Psychologist


The newly appointed team psychologist for Kwara United, Yomi Olatunbosun has stated that he will deploy psycho data analysis to improve the performance of the team's players.

As the team gears  up for their NPFL opener against Niger Tornadoes, Olatunbosun noted that all the players are emotionally certified for the task ahead.

Speaking to newsmen recently, he noted that the  role of a psychologist is very critical in every organisation to achieve success.

While expressing his delight about his appointment, the University of Ilorin graduate said he will leverage his experience to further improve the performance of the players.

"I feel excited about the appointment and it gives me the ability to discharge what I know how to do best and what I have been taught over the years to bring it into Kwara United"
 
Olatunbosun who has already swung to action since his appointment said he has taken a keen observation and examination of all the players   . 

"I have been taking a keen observation of all the players to measure their emotional State and I have spoken to them all. They are all emotionally fit and ready for the task ahead. 

"We have leveraged on each players' psycho data analysis to improve their performance, using all the available resources. He stated.

Olatunbosun is an Alison Institute of Ireland, trained Psychologist and he assumed his new role with loads of experience.
