Ayeleso reveals reason for Kwara United's return, targets NPFL title

NPFL experienced goal tender,Suraj Aiyeleso said he decided to join Kwara United in order to contribute his own quota to the development of the club.

Recall that the former Kano Pillars safe hands was part of the players unveiled by the Harmony boys last week, Aiyeleso who began his career in his home state of Kwara stated his major target is to win the NPFL title.

"It feels good to be back home after so many years outside of the state. I am very happy to be back to help the team to be great again.

Speaking of what motivated him to rejoin the team, the University of Ilorin graduate said that he was encouraged by the transformation of the team from what it used to be during his first stint.

"It's the search for major trophies that prompted me to leave the state back then-though i was only able to win the FA cup  with Kano Pillars and couldn't win the league, but i believe with what is on ground now,  Kwara United can win the league.

Aiyeleso is regarded as one of the best goalkeepers in the Nigeria Premier Football League. He has played for top clubs like Nasarawa United, Kano Pillars and lately Plateau United.
