Segun Adekunle pens 2-year deal with Kwara United 

Rock solid defender, Segun Adekunle has teamed up with Kwara United on a two year deal.

The former Bayelsa United Defender put pen on paper earlier on Monday.

Known for his agility and resilience, Adekunle is hopeful to contribute his own quota in helping the team win laurels in the upcoming season.

"I am really happy to join this team. I promise to do my best and help the team achieve a lot in the coming season.

The former Stormers FC of Abeokuta player however believes that the team will excel in the coming season.

" I believe the team has all it takes to do well in the coming season. We are going to give it our all and I promise the fans too that Kwara United will do well.

Adekunle's first point of call will be the Value Jet preseason tournament in Ikenne and he joins other players in the rank of the team as they set out their eyes on the 5 million naira prize money and the coveted trophy.

Kwara United on Monday departed for Value Jet preseason tourney in Ikenne.
