Taiwo Awoniyi Wins Hearts in Ilorin with Generosity

 Awoniyi Taiwo  the Nottingham Forest star, has left an indelible mark on the hearts of Ilorin fans after a surprise visit to the city. The Nigerian international, currently on holiday in Ilorin, Kwara State, graced the NPFL Match Day 38 involving Kwara United and Heartland FC, sending the fans into a frenzy.

Awoniyi's presence added a splash of colour to the already electrifying atmosphere of the final day clash. The fans were overjoyed to meet the big star, and their excitement was evident.

In a grand gesture, Awoniyi donated a cash gift of 2 million naira to Kwara United. He had promised 500,000 naira per goal and an additional 500,000 naira for the fans and supporters.

As a true ambassador of the nation, Awoniyi's gesture was not limited to the host team and fans. He as well donated N500,000 to the away side despite losing 4 goals to nill in the interesting encounter.
