Nigeria is truly blessed with human resources. Its supposed status of the giant of Africa Continent comes with a lot of prize, but its people certainly didn't make up the numbers, but their value.
In football, Nigeria is a force to reckon with and no doubt a leading Nation on the continent.
Coach Akinyele Akinsola Dare is one of the Nigerian football Coaches that has done himself and country proud.
His rich profile as a player and coach comes in handy for any visionary club. The best of it is having a CAF A license. The highest qualification for any coach on the continent.
Started his humble football career in Ibadan, Capital City of Oyo State, he had stints with Atlas Boys club and Young Stars boys FC before travelling out of the country.
He found his way into a neighboring Mali and would go on to play for Asko FC, a second division club and later the famous AS Mande FC in the Mali top flight side
He would later go into coaching after his playing career. For the past 20 years, Coach Akinsola has worked across three different countries in Africa.
From Mali to Benin Republic to Cote D'Ivoire, he has handled big clubs with many accolades to his credit.
He started his coaching career in Mali in 2001 by coaching CS Bougouni , a second division club.
Other teams he handled in Mali includes USFAS FC (first division),Stade Malien Sikaso (first division) and assistant at Djoliba FC all from 2001- 2009.
His next call of duty would be in Benin Republic where he would go on to handle six different clubs. From Dragon de Oueme to Espour Savalon to ASVO FC, Coach Dare left an indelible mark through this work ethics of credibility, honesty and integrity.
In Benin Republic, he also handled Buffles FC, Cavaliers De Nikki club and JAK FC.
The experienced Tactician also worked in Cote D'Ivoire where he handled Azope FC, a second division side between 2013-2014 and later worked as Assistant at WAC between 2015-2016.
Coach Dare who last worked with Dynamique FC in Benin Republic top side is now determined to get back to his home country, Nigeria.

Amongst many trophies he has in his cabinet include the Federation cup winner with Dragon FC of Benin Republic in 2011. BDM cup winner with Stade Malien Sikaso in Mali in 2008 and League Cup winner with Djoliba Mali in 2004.
