Usman Abdullahi's lone strike rescues point for Soleil FC against Abeilles in Benin Republic Top League 


Usman Abdullahi over the weekend registered his name in the history book of Soliel FC when he scored the lone goal for his side to secure a draw against Abeiles FC in the Benin Republic Top League . 

Usman, who joined the team ahead of the current season has established himself as an integral part of the club. 

His long range shot around 75 minutes beats the visitors goalkeeper in his stand, thus rescuing a point for the homeside.

Abdullahi expressed his delight with the goal and hopes to do more as the season progresses.

"I am very happy to have scored such an important goal. I hope to do more for the team as the season moves.

"I am settling down well in my new role with the team and we hope to achieve something great this season. He said.
