La Planet Sport Academia donate set of Jerseys to Kwara Football Academy



The Management of La Planet Sport Academia has donated a set of Jersey to Kwara Football Academy (KFA) as a form of appreciation.

The Jerseys were received by the Administrator of Kwara Football Academy, Mallam Bako Ibrahim earlier on Monday alongside other top officials of the Academy.

Speaking during the presentation, the Vice Chairman of La Planet, Mr. Abideen Aládé described the relationship between the two Academies as a cordial one, saying they are both partners in progress. 

Mr. Aládé noted that KFA has immensely supported La Planet in all its activities, hence the need for appreciation.

"This set of 20 Jerseys is donated to the prestigious Kwara Football Academy as a token form of appreciation from La Planet Sport Academia. We are indebted to the Management of KFA for all the support they have given us.

"We can’t totally repay all the assistance you have rendered to us but we believe that our partnership will continue to grow from strength to strength especially in the area of  Football development at the grassroot and in giving opportunity to talents.

In his own response, the Administrator of KFA, Mallam Ibraheem Bako who also doubles as the Director of Sports, Kwara State Sports Commission thanked La Planet Sport Academia's Management for the gesture. 

"On behalf of the Academy, I deeply appreciate this donation. This, will in no small measure add value to our players and activities. 

Noting how the economic downturn has affected Funding for Football activities and essential materials, the seasoned Administrator lauded La Planet for deeming it fit to make the donation, adding that the relationship between the two Academies has become enviable. 

Both Kwara Football Academy and La Planet Sport Academia share great vision of transforming Football at the grassroots level. The bodies have partnered  and still working together on so many projects that are geared towrads creating opportunity for footballers
