Evolution Cup Launches New Brand Identity

The organizers of Evolution Cup have announced the launch of new brand identity for the next edition of the prestigious NLO Invitational Pre - season tournament. 

Project Strategist, Olatoye Olawale made this announcement on Friday and also confirmed that the second edition of the tournament will take place at Remo Stars Stadium, Ikenne in February, 2024. 

“ We couldn’t go on with plans for this year’s event due to some logistics and National issues. However, we want to use the launching of a new identity to reiterate our commitment to the development of football in Nigeria. 

“We took our time to tidy up all the grey parts this time around and also bring on many partnerships in other to push the vision and objectives of Evolution Cup. 

“The next edition of the Evolution Cup will go as planned for next year February with an expansion of participating teams in the tournament.” Olatoye said. 

SGFC Athletics won the maiden edition of the tournament by beating Beyond Limits on penalties in February, 2022.

Recall that Coach Aliyu Zubairu, the Technical Adviser of Elkanemi Warriors of Maiduguri will lead the U20 team to the AFCON in Egypt.
