Sunrise FA jet out to Lokoja for NLO Youth League Play-off

Sunrise Football Academy, Ilorin will be going for glory as they set out for the play-off of the Nationwide League One Youth League scheduled to take place at Lokoja, Capital of Kogi State.

The team will  leave for the confluence state on Friday  ahead of the commencement of the play-off which will run from Saturday, August 19 to 26.

According to the play-off guide released by NLO secretariat, Sunsirse will be tackling teams from Nasarawa, Plateau, Niger and FCT at the Lokoja centre.

Speaking ahead of the team's departure, the Chairman of the Academy, Adeniran Kayode stated that the boys are ready to secure the ticket to the NLO Youth League.

"We are ready to secure the ticket. Although, it's our first time going out, but the level of preparation, dedication and commitment on the part of the Coaching crew and the players will really help us to achieve our aims.

"I have talked to the boys to go and make us proud and I believe in their ability.

"On our part as management, we will continue to support them with all their needs.
