Coach Deji Ayeni charges Ajaokuta Football Academy to remain focused





One of the Nigerian league top football managers, Coach Deji Ayeni has tipped Ajaokuta Football Academy for a great future.

Ayeni,who saw one of the games of the team at the ongoing AMAPRO football championship said the team is repleted with talented footballers who have great potential.

"Do not be disappointed. The most important thing is the exposure you have through this competition. It has afforded you opportunity to know your weaknesses so that you will work on it for subsequent competition.

"Sometimes, competition is not all about winning, but  developmental" said Ayeni who has handled top clubs like Akwaa United, Sunshine Stars and Ekiti United. 

The Director of the club, Ekun Shamsudeen thanked the Ayeni for identifying with the clubs and urged the players to keep working hard in their bid to make the best out of their career.

Recall that Coach Aliyu Zubairu, the Technical Adviser of Elkanemi Warriors of Maiduguri will lead the U20 team to the AFCON in Egypt.
