Gaa Akanbi FC to face Kwara United in friendly game on Thursday 



Gaa Akanbi FC will be  guest to Kwara United on Thursday, March 9 at the Kwara Football Academy Pitch for a friendly match.

The match with Gaa Akanbi FC is one of the top friendlies Kwara United has set up as they intensify training ahead of NPFL resumption.

Speaking ahead of the game, the Technical Adviser of Gaa Akanbi FC, Coach Bashir Abolarinwa noted that its a privilege for his boys to square up against the Harmony boys.


"It's not the first time we are playing against Kwara United FC. It's just a great previlege each time i recieve call from the management and coaching crew requesting for a match with Gaa Akanbi FC.

Counting on the discipline of his boys, The tactician  expressed confidence that his boys will give the NPFL side a tough time as usual.

" Our team is a disciplined team and I'm sure we are going to give  them a tough time as we have done in our previous matches"

    
He appreciates the Coaching crew led by Coach Kabiru Dogo and his crew for the opportunity given to his team 


"Special thanks to the coaching crew lead by Coach kabir Dogo and coach Lukman Ijaya.
It's always a great feeling playing against a Premier League side and as a coach, I'm also preparing myself for the task ahead" he enthused.

Gaa Akanbi FC has become an household name in Kwara State. Tha club is known for its drive in providing opportunity for talented players while also giving building them to be a better version of themselves.

With some of its products now playing at top level, Coach Bashir reiterated the commitment of the club in opening up ways for footballers to maximize their talents.

Kwara United defeated Gaa Akanbi FC in their last two meetings and Coach Bashir has promised a fierce show tomorrow.
