Ilorin-based Aromokeye Football Club has unveiled a new jersey for its players.

The unveiling ceremony held at its training ground in Ilorin on Sunday.

Speaking to Journalists, the Team Manager of the club, Isiaka Ahmed noted that the jersey unveiling is part of the rebranding and repositioning drive of the club.

"Codix is a Nigeria-based health tech company with branches in sub-Saharan African countries as well as United Kingdom and United Arab Emirates. They gave us this jersey to support us and to also serve as a promotion to their company"

"Our youth team are also currently participating in the NFCA U-17 league and we are optimistic that boys will win the trophy" he said

While also noting that the club will not relent in its effort towards promoting young players and exposing them to opportunities, he commended the management of the club for supporting the team in all its programmes.

"I want to specially thank our Chairman, Pharmacist Abdulateef Aremu for his support to the club at all time. He has given us the best of motivation and inspiration and we will continue to make him proud" he concluded.
