Segun Owoade excited as Abraysports held Kwara United to a draw in friendly

Segun Owoade has expressed his delight as Abraysports FC held Kwara United to a 2-2 draw on Tuesday.

The young and promising defender who held sway at the backline of Abraysports in a post match reaction noted that playing draw against the NPFL side is morale booster for him and his colleagues.

"I think it's a good result for us. We have also learned a lot from the game and it will help us in our subsequent games" he said.

Speaking on his career, the tall and lanky Defender said his fervent dream is to play for Super Eagles of Nigeria.

"Yes, I will continue to develop and hope that one day I play for the Super Eagles of Nigeria. That is always my dream- to represent my country and wear the green white green jersey".

Owoade was part of the Abraysports victorious U-17 team that won the last Kwara U-17 football championship with an unbeaten record.

After his promotion to the main team of Abraysports, he also became instrumental in his side's last NLO season campaign where they missed the promotion ticket by a whisker.
