NLO: Coach Ogundeji lauds Ogbomoso United management, says next season will be better
The Technical Adviser of Ogbomoso United FC, Coach Joel Ogundeji has expressed his optimism that the team will make a positive impact next season.
Speaking after their NLO One last game of the season against Pacesetter FC, the gaffer commended the players for their good display in their 3-2 narrow loss to the Ibadan based side.
"Kudos to everyone that was involved on the pitch and off the pitch in this game. For me, it wasn't a bad season in totality. So many things have been learnt and added to the bag of experience- It's not what we really want as a family of OUFC but in everything, we must give thanks to God" he said.
Ogundeji, who reveled in the privelege to lead the team thanked the management of the club lead by its Chairman, Honourable Akinwale Wolekanle for their support through out the season.
"I want to thank everyone for their support, specifically the management, coaching crew, fans, players and our media department. I believe it will get better next season" he noted.
The former Choice FC of Ekiti Head Coach returned back to the camp of Wolekanle boys in the mid season with a target to stabilize the Club.
Meanwhile, Coach Ogundeji who is currently being monitored by some NLO and NNL Clubs for a possible snatch up ahead of next season said he is still focused on getting the job done at Ogbomoso United.
