A look at how Abraysports FC clinch Kwara Youth league with unbeaten record
Abraysports FC set the record of winning the second edition of the Kwara U-17 Youth league with an unbeaten run of matches in their debut season.
The team, last Sunday capped their impressive season with a 2 nil win over Aromokeye FC in the final match played at the main bowl of Kwara State Stadium Complex.
Before the Super 8 playoff, Abraysports played a total number of 22 matches in the regular season and amassed 60 points.
With only three draws, Coach Gbolade Ezekiel's tutored side went in to the Super 8 Playoffs and maintained their unbeaten record by winning a total number of three games and drew one in the process.
Meritnews.com also gathered that the team also scored a total number of 88 goals and conceded 19 goals in the season under review with Nafiu Obalowu emerging the top scorer of the league with 25 goals.
