Giants FA Boss Sends Best Wishes To 3SC New Acting General Manager




The Proprietor of Giants Football Academy of Minna, Niger State, Ibrahim Adegbola Adeshola has backed the new Acting General Manager(GM) of Shooting Stars SC of Ibadan, Dimeji Lawal (MON) to succeed in his new role.

Dimeji Lawal, who was until his promotion the Team Manager of the Club was appointed to the Acting General Manager last week by the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde after the death of the late GM Rasheed Balogun.

Adegbola speaking to newsmen experessed his belief that the Club will continue to flourish and progress under the leadership of Dimeji who he described as a football administrator per excellence.

"No doubt, Shooting Stars has found yet another leader of repute in the new Acting GM being a former footballer himself with loads of experience in sports management and administration" said Adegbola.

While calling on stakeholders to rally round Lawal in his new role, he described the former Super Eagles of Nigeria player as a result oriented person who will justify the confidence that has been reposed in him.

Shooting Stars will take on Remo Stars away from home later on Sunday in their NPFL match day 11 encounter.
