La Planet Resumption Fixed For January 10

Players of La Planet Sports Academia have been told to resume back for activities on January 10, 2022.

Speaking to the Academy's media,
Coach Sheriff Jimoh enjoined the players to spend their holidays wisely and savour the festive period with joy and merriment.


"I wish the players, management , technical crew and all our fans both home and  diaspora merry Christmas and new year" said Coach Sheriff.

La Planet U-17 boys are after week 22 fixtures are currently seating third on the table of Kwara Youth league.

The Academy, according to the Coach is poised to achieve more in the coming year,having picked positives and negatives from the outgoing year.

Maiduguri-born Tahur Maigana makes Flying Eagles AFCON squad One of the talents to look out for in the upcoming U20 AFCON is Tahir Maigana The young player who was born and bred in Maiduguri, Borno State, is plying his trade with Wireless Football Club based in Abuja, Nigeria.  The natural left footer is a genius and will wow the spectators during the tournament. Recall that Coach Aliyu Zubairu, the Technical Adviser of Elkanemi Warriors of Maiduguri will lead the U20 team to the AFCON in Egypt. Coach Aliyu has earlier won the heart of Nigerians after leading the team to WAFU-B championship back in October last year and he's banking on their support again to win the AFCON
